Four Futures. One Vision.

Building the AI‑native future of the finance function.

Strategy, capital, tooling, and skill — the four levers that decide whether a finance function stays reactive or starts shaping what comes next. Each is its own practice. Together, they're one point of view.

Four ways to move a finance function forward.

Pick the one that matches where you're stuck — governance, resilience, execution, or talent. Each is a standalone endeavour with its own team, tools, and track record.

Why one vision, four futures.

Andrew Chong works across corporate finance and applied AI – bridging institutional transaction advisory with AI‑driven execution.

He spent his early career in EY Malaysia's Transaction Services team, advising on cross‑border M&A and financial due diligence. He then moved into EY Global's Transaction Services Innovation team, where he architected and launched EY Diligence Edge – an NLP‑driven due diligence platform used by 30,000+ practitioners across 45 countries. He also orchestrated the EY‑IBM Alliance, with $700M+ in joint R&D, and served as a key contributor to EY Wavespace's AI Centre of Excellence.

Today, Andrew is a contributor to ACCA's Global Technology Forum, advising their 400,000+ global members on AI governance, policy, and the future of financial reporting.

His work across these practices tackles a single constraint on the same problem: finance teams are being asked to move at AI speed with pre‑AI structures.
